- Design process - We pride ourselves on providing extremely professional attention to detail during the design process. We're flexible, creative and value oriented.
- Overlay - A unique way to transform almost any surface by utilizing a high strength cementitious material designed for creating an extremely smooth finish or a textured surface. Concrete no longer needs to be removed and re-poured for the sake of fixing cosmetic flaws.
- Scoring - The process of cutting grooves on the surface of the concrete creating a desired pattern or design. Though scoring has some limitation, Premier Stained Concrete can find a design and pattern to fit your architectural surroundings and personal taste.
- Acid Stain - The benefits of staining are economical, durable, easy to maintain, versatile and elegant. Acid staining gives concrete a mottled, variegated, marble like look. Used for both interior and exterior, smooth or rough textured concrete, acid stains will not chip or peel.
- Epoxy - This ceramic like coating is formulated for applications that require superior adhesion and durability, chemical resistance, corrosive protection, quick cure and easy cleaning.
- Sealers - From acrylic to lacquer-based, water-based and/or wax, high-gloss, low-sheen or satin-finish, UV-resistant or slip-resistant, our sealers will protect your concrete floor from yellowing, scuffing or fading with any of our premium sealers.
- Punch list - We walk through every square foot of your project to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintenance - As with any floor, regular maintenance and care is recommended. Frequency of long-term maintenance will depend on traffic and low or high usage of flooring. Mop with water or sweep, NEVER use ammonia or bleach, and keep floor clear of standing water or contaminants.
